In the 1911 census, Mary Dawes, aged 25, was listed as Parlourmaid at the house Woodlands

12 Unknown couple & location
The lady bears a resemblance to the lady 2nd from L in the above photograph
so possibly this is the sister of Mary who emigrated to the USA & her husband
